**As of November 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc., dba Emcor Services Nevada but the awarded amount is not available.** Contractor shall perform all Work and provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, engineering and supervision necessary to remove and replace one (1) cooling tower and associated equipment at WRRC. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following a. Removal and proper disposal of existing towers, pumps, associated equipment, piping, etc. Coordination of crane service for the removal of the existing cooling towers and installation of the new tower. Crane and street closure/traffic plan must be approved by the City's Project Manager in advance. b. Furnish and install new EVAPCO AT 19-4J6 cooling tower (see Attachment A) and complete all associated Work. c. Provide engineering and structural modifications to the existing tower stand as required by the manufacturer's recommendations. d. Provide and install a new sand separator system. e. Provide and install two (2) new fused disconnects for pumps. f. Provide and install two (1) new non-fused disconnects for cooling tower. g. Perform an arc flash study and provide new arc flash labels/stickers on all new equipment and disconnects. h. Replace all condenser system check valves and isolation valves. i. Perform any required concrete work, including scanning, coring, and patching. j. Ensure compatibility and proper operation of the cooling tower with the existing Building Automation System (BAS). k. Obtain and close out all required permits and inspections. l. Provide all other Work required for the successful completion of the project.
