Description

Renovation of a military facility in Newport News, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Furnish and install a new packaged 10-ton heat pump to serve the magnet refurbishment area in Building 36. A vinyl/PVC curtain wall shall also be installed to create a barrier between the existing unconditioned area and the newly conditioned space served by the heat pump unit. Location: Jefferson Lab, 12000 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, VA 23606 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
