The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified offerors to provide annual professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services, as needed, directly to NNPS on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract. All inquiries for information regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed to Shannon Bailey at shannon.bailey1@nn.k12.va.us or 757-591-4560. Question Deadline 09/24/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Offerors must submit questions regarding the Request For Proposal in writing to the Issuing Office at shannon.bailey1@nn.k12.va.us . The school board of the city of newport news, hereafter referred to as newport News public schools (nnps), reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals in whole or in part and waive any informalities in the competitve Negotiations process. Further, nnps reserves the right to enter into any contract Deemed to be in its best interest. The entire contents of the request for proposals, Any addenda, offeror's proposal and negotiated changes shall be incorporated By reference into any resulting contract. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
