Grundy Economic Development Council/Grundy County Chamber of Commerce Grundy Resiliency Project A receipt will be emailed when a proposal is received and viewed. If an email receipt is not received, it is the proposer's responsibility to contact the Partners to verify receipt of the proposal. No proposals will be accepted after the deadline date. Paper submissions will not be accepted. No responsibility or liability will be attached to the Partners for the failure to open or consider any proposal not submitted according to the instructions outlined in the RFP. The Partners are requesting proposals from qualified consultants or entities to develop a Decommissioning Plan for Grundy County, IL. This broadband analysis is being conducted as part of a larger initiative, the Grundy Resiliency Project, Grundy County Nuclear Host Community Economic Resiliency Strategy, or the Grundy Resiliency Project, funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration and Grundy County. The proposer remains responsible for obtaining any and all addenda, which will be posted at the same website. The Partners reserve the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive technical errors or informalities in proposals. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
