The work involves the installation of a complete structured cabling system for a new single office building. This includes approximately 400-500 CAT6 horizontal drops, CCTV and Wi-Fi access point cabling, a minimum 12-strand OM4 multimode inter-building fiber backbone of about 500 feet, two 45U 4-post equipment cabinets, and low-voltage access control cabling. All work must comply with TIA/EIA and NEC standards, include Level III copper certification and OTDR fiber testing, and provide TIA-606 labeling and full as-built documentation. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Low Voltage" and must include five copies plus one original with signature. No responsibility will be assumed for any proposal not marked according to these instructions. Fax and electronic submissions are not accepted.
