B. to Helena Montana 2000-gallon flatwater tank per the following specification: 1.1. DETAILED REQUIREMENTS 1.1.1. Color: The entire unit shall be painted Omaha Orange. Color codes shall be given to the successful bidder at the pre-award. 1.1.2. Waterbed: Length: 15', Width: 92", Approximate Depth: 28" Capacity: Approximate 2000 Gallons 1/4" steel plate construction; fully baffled; wheel wells. 1. 6" x 4" full length heat manifold/hose storage chamber looped through. 2. Heavy duty bangboard. 3. 3" front fill. 4. 4" full length stake rails with 4" channel stakes. 5. (4) Mid-deck stakes in-line on center line of tank shall be evenly spaced. Rear three shall have rollers. 6. Water level gauge. 7. Tank vents on bangboard verticals setback side. 8. (2) 2" front corner drains with valves. 9. (1) 3" rear drain with 2" bushing & valve. 10. (1) 4" rear drain with plug. 11. (4) mud flaps. 12. 4-point "flex" mounting with heavy duty rubber frame cushions. 13. Interior Coating shall be FDA and EPA approved for potable water. 14. 60" rear roller center mounted. 15. (1) 8" chain vise. 16. 3200 lbs capacity electric crane. 17.
