Contractor shall provide all services necessary to support the USDA facility in Athens, GA under a Firm Fixed Price contract. This includes commercial items/services as outlined in the Schedule of Items (Attachment 2). The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Department of Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) provisions and clauses. Quotes must follow FAR 52.212-1 and include FAR 52.212-3. Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), considering technical acceptability, price, and satisfactory past performance. The period of performance includes a base year plus four option years. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the place of performance. All contractors must be registered in SAM at the time of quote submission, and all invoices must be submitted electronically.
