Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Henderson, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Work consists of removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; relocation of water lines where applicable from newly converted synthetic field areas, removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, sports field accessories, and erosion mitigation. Prequalified Bidders shall have a Nevada Contractor's License with the Classification of A, AB, and B.
