Massac County is seeking sealed bids for the demolition and site grading of three structures located in Metropolis, Illinois, at the following addresses: 207 West 5th Street, 213 West 5th Street, and 215 West 5th Street. The work includes demolition of the structures, removal and lawful disposal of all debris, and grading of each site upon completion. All work must be completed no later than October 31, 2025. Bids must cover demolition and removal of all three structures in total. The successful bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, and provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by law.
