The work shall include, but not limited to, the following as shown on the Plans IB-2025-01 and described in these Specifications 2025-02 of the San Diego Unified Port District. The work includes the following: Removal of the existing playground features and construction of a new splash pad facility including grading, seat wall, enhanced concrete pavement, splash pad mechanical equipment enclosure, mechanical equipment for water circulation, water jets, foot wash, sand interceptor, debris trap, underground water storage tank, supply and return water piping, drain system, site electrical, lighting, water service, storm drains, accessibility enhancements, boardwalk modification, shower, irrigation, and landscaping. It is intended that the Work be completed in every respect under the Contract Documents, and such items or details not mentioned above or not included in the Bid Schedule that are required by the Contract Documents shall be furnished, performed, placed, constructed, or installed by the Contractor.
