Question Deadline 10/10/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa will accept bids from qualified contractors for the construction of the South Belcourt Lagoon Renovation on the Turtle Mountain Reservation, Rolette County, North Dakota. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for the construction of a renovated waste water treatment system consisting of removal of biosolids from three existing lagoon cells, rehabilitating and combining two existing cells into a new 10.16 acre primary cell, rehabilitating one 5.25 acre cell, installation of 4 lagoon mixing units, cut volume for lagoon site work of 29,551 cubic yards, 454,288 square feet of geosynthetic clay liner for combined cell, 2,650 cubic yards of rip-rap, 6090 feet of chain link fencing, 6150 feet of fence removal, lagoon structures, 2,090 foot lagoon gravel access road improvement, and other related items to complete the project. The total contract price will not be increased without prior authorization from the Owner via the change order process.
