Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Belcourt, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for paving for a road / highway.
The scope of work includes all labor, equipment, and materials required for the construction of a new community sanitary sewer along BIA 10, replacement of sanitary sewer in Green Acres Housing, and a new community lift station near Green Acres Lagoons. Work will consist of approximately 8,725 LF of gravity sewer mains, 2,980LF of gravity sewer main boring with a steel casing, 7,140 LF sewer service lines, 1,590 LF of sewer service line jacking and boring with a steel casing, 38 manholes, 1 community lift station with a standby generator, 720 LF of sewer force main, 2 community lift station abandonments, 18 manhole abandonments, surface restoration, and other related items to complete the project. The project also includes two bid alternatives for the Green Acres Housing Area. Bid Alternative 1 includes horizontal directional drilling in lieu of boring and jacking sewer service lines in the Green Acres Community. Bid Alternative 2 includes open cut trenching and installation of the sewer main and sewer service lines with asphalt road restoration of the entire Green Acres Housing roads, instead of trenchless installation methods The magnitude of construction can be best characterized as between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
