The project encompasses constructing wooden buildings, structures & fences, electrical & lighting, hardscapes, drainage and planting oftrees, shrubs and flowers native to Grafton County, NH. Project timeline: Work must start no later than April 15, 2026 and must be completed no later than August 15, 2026 unless otherwise extended by contract documents. SELECTED BIDDER REQUIREMENTS: Sign an Agreement for the subject work Provide Certificates of Insurance for the following coverage: General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence: $2,000,000 aggregate Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Workers Compensation as required by statute/Employer's Liability of $ 100,000/$500,000/$100,000.
