Plans to Rebid the project has not yet been established ** Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to the Owner for the reroofing of a facility located at: World War Memorial Building 215 N. 6 th Street Bismarck, North Dakota 58501 The Project involves a complete tear-off and new single-ply membrane roofing system replacement. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum of no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. Your offer will be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
