Renovation of a municipal facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The project involves the State Capitol 15th Floor Renovation at the State Capitol, Bismarck, North Dakota. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the contract documents prepared by J2 Studio Architecture + Design, PC. Printed and online procurement and contracting documents are available from the architect, and viewing copies are on file at several builders exchanges and plan rooms. Each contractor must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. All bids must include a separate envelope attached to the outside of the bid envelope containing the contractor's license and bid security, which must be five percent (5%) of the full bid amount, including all alternates, in the form of a bidder's bond. The license or Certificate of Renewal from the Secretary of State must be included in this envelope. Bids not complying with these requirements will not be considered and will be returned to the bidder. Bidders must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity requirements under Executive Order #11246 and #11375 and related Department of Labor regulations. The state of North Dakota does not discriminate in employment or services and complies with the North Dakota Human Rights Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and may hold all bids for up to sixty days after opening to determine the satisfactory bid.
