The North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) is soliciting the services of qualified consultant engineering firm(s) to provide statewide bridge inspection and load rating services on local public agency (LPA) and privately owned bridges, box culverts, and pipes. For this RFP, structures will hereinafter be referred to as bridges. The 2026 and 2027 inspection cycles will begin April 1 and end November 30 each year. Inspection of bridges shall be scheduled in the month due according to the date in inspectX unless approval is obtained prior to the date due.
