Renovation of a detention facility in Bismarck, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The nature of work will include the installation of a new security electronics system for the South Unit that will be networked with the campus security electronic system. Question Deadline 10/15/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. The project also includes alternate bid items for new UPS systems in the North and South Units at NDSP. Project must be completed by June 30th , 2026. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five (5) percent of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond as required by Section 48-01.2-5, North Dakota Century Code, and executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within 10 days after Notice of Award, shall execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid, and a Contractor's Bond as required by Section 48-01.2-05 of the North Dakota Century Code and any deficient bid must be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately.
