As of October 30, 2025, the invitation to bid for this project is being withdrawn and will be re-issued after project guideline restructuring per the owner. Kent County Levy Court is seeking qualified roofing contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services necessary for the roof replacement of the Kent County Administration Building. This project must comply with all applicable Delaware Building Codes, IBC standards, and federal regulations. Contractors are invited to submit proposals for a full replacement, which must include a minimum 20-year manufacturer's warranty. Kent County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities.
