**As of December 5, 2025, the project was awarded to ACSI Mechanical Group, with an awarded amount of $57,830.36 ** The Work comprises all labor, materials, services and equipment, together with all work needed to repair of the sludge tubes in Heater #2 in building 9 as specified. Comply with the provisions of the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570) as they may apply to this project Any changes to the bid documents will be in the form of Addenda issued to all plan holders. The Bidding and Contract Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Agreement, General Provisions, General Specifications, and Addenda, if any, may be examined at the office of the District at the above address. Copies of these Bidding and Contract Documents may be obtained from the District office free of charge. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the District, after all bids have been examined and canvassed.
