Work includes all necessary architectural modifications, including ceiling, walls, and flooring. Work includes concrete coring, filling, patching, and reinforcement. Work includes floor leveling, floating, prep, and installation. The work includes structural improvements, installations, and anchorage as required to support new equipment and systems. Work includes all necessary electrical installations, including circuits and modifications to existing electrical panels. Work involves connection and integration to existing electrical, low voltage, and nurse call systems. All work throughout all phases is to be planned and executed to ensure minimal disruption to the healthcare facility. The work shall involve night work on a regular time basis to minimize daytime disruption to the hospital, particularly for activities generating noise or utility interruptions. The work will be performed within a live, operating diagnostic imaging and nutrition services departments, where hospital operations are to be protected with substantial, acceptable, and continuous adherence to infection control measures.
