The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: The City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified Contractor for the second phase of upgrades to Stewart Road West. This phase connects with the northern limit of Phase 1, extends through the Stewart Rd W/Bedford Rd intersection, and ends just north of the Dehart/Casorso Road intersection. The scope of work includes the realignment of existing utilities such as watermain, gas, electrical, and communications. It also involves the realignment of the road corridor to reduce steep grades, enhance sight lines, and implement safety improvements, including the addition of bike lanes, intersection lighting, and surface drainage upgrades.
