Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Federal Aid Project No. RAIL-000S(595), State Contract No. LA-10143 Lincoln Ave and Port of Tacoma Rd Railroad Crossings Signal Installation Project Scope: This Contract installs active grade crossing signalization equipment on Lincoln Avenue, between Port of Tacoma Road and Thorne Road, and Port of Tacoma Road near Lincoln Avenue. The project adds two cantilevered LED flashing light structures with shoulder mounted flashing LED lights, bells and gates to each of the crossings. Both crossings will inter-tie into the existing traffic lights at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Port Road. Project includes associated ADA sidewalk and utility work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Estimate: $2,100,000.00 The Federal Small Business Enterprise (FSBE) goal for this work is 7%. MBE (6.2%), WBE (6.9%) This project shall be physically completed within 152 working days Bidders must include a Bidders Questionnaire (WSDOTform272-022) in accordance with special provisions section 1-02.6. Bids that do not include thisform at the time of bid will be rejected in accordance with Section 1-02.13 of the special provisions.
