Henderson Water Utility (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Question Deadline 10/09/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. All requests for interpretation must be received at least five days prior to the day set for receiving Bids. Wright Street Pump Station and Force Main Replacement Project The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 50 linear feet of 12-inch PVC gravity sewer and approximately 620 linear feet of 6-inch PVC force main; replacement of two existing manholes and the installation of three new manholes. Installation of an 8-foot diameter wet well and valve vault and decommissioning an existing wet well. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. Addenda and other information will be posted at online. Plan Holders are required to check for updates and acknowledge all Addenda in their Bid. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. A wage rate determination is not a requirement of this Project. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is between $400,000 to $800,000. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
