Consultant Engineering Services for: Everson-Nooksack Berm Feasibility Study Whatcom County Flood Control Zone District is soliciting statements of proposal from qualified consultants for providing professional engineering services for a feasibility study for constructing flood mitigation berms around the Cities of Everson and Nooksack, located in Whatcom County, as further described in the solicitation documents.
