Renovation of a laboratory facility in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade laboratory facility.
Renovation of a single lab in the Biology Building (BI 350) on Western Washington University's Main Campus to create an updated lab space and additional office space. Scope of work includes selective demolition, adding non-load bearing walls, new ceiling, new flooring, casework, as well as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC improvements. MWBE voluntary goals for this project are 10% MBE and 6% WBE; participation may be direct or as a subcontractor/supplier, but is not a requirement for award. Instructions: Bids must be submitted electronically via Trimble Unity Construct's online bidding portal. Potential bidders are encouraged to prepare and submit bids prior to the deadline to avoid technical issues. Creating a new account in the bidding portal is required for first-time users. Only electronic bids through this portal will be accepted.
