Sealed proposals are requested for a public works contract to provide IDIQ roofing repair and maintenance services. The work includes planned maintenance as well as emergency and nonemergency repair work on a time and materials basis, using hourly rates and a markup percentage on parts and materials as specified in the contractor’s bid proposal. The agreement term is three years, with a possible one-year extension. Specific work assignments will be identified by the City, which will request itemized written quotations from the contractor per assignment. The City will review and, if approved, issue a purchase order for the work. The contract has a three-year total of $1,000,000, with an optional extension of $250,000. Prevailing wages must be paid and will be updated annually. Bidders must submit proposals using the City's Bid Proposal form, include a bid security equal to or exceeding five percent of the total bid, and follow the requirements as set forth. The City reserves the right to postpone the award, reject any or all bids, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
