Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.

The City of Bellingham is seeking qualifications to provide engineering and design services for piping and filter system replacement at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center. The consultant will provide a comprehensive design set for the replacement of the filter systems for both the lap/dive pool and the hydrotherapy pool, as well as replacement of related aged piping. The selected consultant will work closely with the City Facilities Project Manager to complete the design. All interested parties are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications by submitting their qualifications through the specified electronic platform. Federally funded project work will adhere to federal EEO requirements, and disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The City reserves the right to postpone making an award, reject any and all SOQs, or waive irregularities not affecting substantial rights.
