**As of December 5, 2025 , this project has been awarded to Douglas Outdoors, LLC, awarded amount not available.** Replacement and grinding sidewalk sections and the removal of street trees and stumps throughout the City of Holly Springs and the installation of Sod in the grass strips between the Curb and Sidewalk after removal of the street trees. The official Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be given to the chosen contractor in November 2025. Each Proposal must be submitted in a SEALED ENVELOPE addressed to the Owners. Each sealed envelope containing a Proposal must be plainly marked on the outside as, Sealed Proposal for "City of Holly Springs Annual Contract for Sidewalk Repair and Tree Removal Services" and the envelope should bear on the outside the name and address of the Proposer. If the Proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Proposal must be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope and plainly marked on the outside as, Sealed Proposal for "City of Holly Springs Annual Contract for Sidewalk Repair and Tree Removal Services" the attention of the Owners.
