County: Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey Project Description: Guardrail, Guiderail, And Fence Installation, Replacement, And Repair Work Upon Request on Various Interstate, Primary, and Secondary Routes The North Carolina Department of Transportation is requesting bids for guardrail, guiderail, and fence installation, replacement, and repair work upon request on various interstate, primary, and secondary routes in Buncombe, Madison, and Yancey Counties. The availability date for this renewable contract is November 17, 2025. The completion date for this renewable contract is November 16, 2026. Firms that wish to perform work on Division Purchase Order Contracts as either the prime contractor or as a subcontractor on the project must be prequalified for the type work they wish to perform. Firms that wish to bid on these projects as the prime contractor must be prequalified prior to submitting your bid. Firms that wish to perform as a subcontractor to the prime contractor must be prequalified prior to beginning work on the project. Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor prior to submitting a bid NCDOT - (ID/IQ - FED) Guardrail, Guiderail, and Fence Installation, Replacement, and Repair Work Upon Request on Various Interstate, Primary, and Secondary Routes
