The City of Calabasas Community Services Department (City) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to fabricate and install four (4) new shade structures at Wild Walnut Park. The shade structures will be located in the areas identified on Exhibit A - Location Map and must match the style, color, and design of the existing structures shown in Exhibit B - Photos. The existing shade structures at the park are 10-foot and 20-foot sizes, and it will be up to the contractor to determine the best size for each new structure based on location and design requirements. The contractor must also assess whether a cantilever style or straight-pole style structure best meets the design and functional requirements for each location. Work shall be delivered on a turnkey basis, including all labor, materials, equipment, concrete footings, disposal, traffic control, and incidentals necessary for a complete, code-compliant installation. Bonds: 100% Performance and Bonds as well at 50% Maintenance Bond required upon award. The City may conduct interviews and reserves the right to reject any/all proposals and to waive immaterial irregularities.
