**As of December 3, 2025, this project has No Award per Owner.** The purpose is to solicit sealed bids from qualified firms to establish an annual contract for the treatment of beach vitex (Vitex rotundifolia) at confirmed sites in the Virginia Beach area and the localities of Accomack and Northampton. Additional locations may be added if new populations are found and are approved for control by VDACS. Bidders must complete and submit responses to specified documents, including the Supplier Bid Response & Contract document (with Supplier Information, Payment Schedule, and Small Business Subcontracting Plan), as well as Appendices for authorization to transact business and a W9 form. No modifications or additions to the provided Terms & Conditions are permitted, and inclusion of Bidder's own terms will result in a non-responsive bid. All bids must be submitted electronically via eVA, following detailed instructions provided for online submission. Bids not submitted electronically or as instructed will not be considered.
