Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Oxford, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

Sealed proposals will be received for the furnishing of all labor, materials, documents, permits, and equipment required for the Oxford Community Park Playground Replacement Project. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities, and to enter into a contract with the contractor offering the lowest and best proposal. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, whether accepted or rejected. The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the replacement of the existing playground. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide all tools, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, warranties, permits, bond costs, cleanup, and restoration necessary to perform the services as detailed in the scope of work. The scope of work for this project includes the following: 1. Demolition, removal and disposal of existing playground structure. 2. Furnish and install new playground equipment in the designated area (see image below) 3. Provide and install playground borders. This playground does not need to be excavated and installed at surface level.
