The project is titled NCP East CT Fill Replacement 2025. Prevailing wage rates for Butler County apply for trade labor performed for this project. Bidders are required to submit their qualifications and compliance documents on the day of the bid opening; failure to do so will result in the contractor being deemed non-responsive. Required documents include BWC, DFSP/SUPR, COI, bond with power of attorney and certificate of insurance compliance for surety in the State of Ohio, and EDGE documentation.
