Site work for a clubhouse / community center in Oxford, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Sealed proposals are invited for Parks and Recreation Master Plan and Conceptual Feasibility Analyses for the TRI Community Center and TRI Community Center Site. The City of Oxford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive any informalities in the proposal, and contract with the lowest and best proposer. The City may also hold proposals for 60 days after the opening date before acceptance or rejection. The system includes community parks, athletic fields, trails, and recreational facilities that play a vital role in the community's quality of life. The existing recreation infrastructure near the TRI Community Center Site area has been identified as a potential location for future investment and community gathering space, including the exploration of a new TRI Community Center to serve the growing and evolving needs of the Oxford community. This Master Plan will establish a 10-15 year strategic and capital framework, aligning with the City's broader vision for sustainable, inclusive, and connected recreation opportunities A. Parks and Recreation Master Plan 1. Inventory and Assessment - Evaluate all existing parks, facilities, trails, and open spaces. - Assess program offerings, participation trends, and service delivery. - Review operational structure, staffing, and budget. 2. Community Engagement - Develop and implement an inclusive public engagement strategy. - Incorporate digital and in-person participation tools to ensure broad community input. 3. Needs Assessment and Analysis - Conduct a demographic and trends analysis. - Perform a level-of-service (LOS) and equity analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. - Identify priority projects based on data and community input. 4. Recommendations and Implementation Plan - Develop system-wide goals, policies, and performance metrics. - Provide prioritized recommendations for capital improvements, programming, and operations.
