Scope of Work The scope of work may include, but is not limited to: Conducting a site assessment to identify sources of water intrusion Recommending and implementing appropriate waterproofing solutions, which may include: Interior and/or exterior waterproofing systems; Crack repair and foundation sealing; Installation or upgrade of sump pumps and drainage systems; Vapor barriers or moisture control systems Removal and disposal of any damaged materials (if applicable) Ensuring all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. Providing a warranty for the completed work. 3. Submission Requirements Interested suppliers are required to submit the following: Company profile, including relevant experience and qualifications. - Clearly itemized bids that include all labor, materials, equipment, and applicable fees. Proposed completion schedule. Any necessary proof of insurance and Liability documentation Terms and conditions of the quotation. Warranty and support details. 4.
