Demolition and renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Sedalia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

As of December 17, 2025 the project has been awarded based on the base bid and alternate 1. The project includes foundation stabilization, concrete repair, brick repair, roof, door, and window replacement, sidewalk removal and replacement, demolition of a portion of the interior existing structure and construction of a new interior two story office structure inside the 4H building.
