Remodeling of a retail development in Harrison, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade retail development.
The City of Harrison seeks the services of both a qualified Architectural Firm and General Contractor for a project to remodel an existing commercial building within the Harrison Courthouse Square Historic District. It is the City's intent that this request will result in two separate agreements: one with an architectural firm for design services and one with a general contractor for construction management services. There is no intent for a contractual relationship between the project designer and the construction manager. All Statements of Qualifications submitted should clearly indicate which phase of services they apply to. Submittal packages must be delivered by the required date and time; late or electronically submitted proposals will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to request additional information, conduct reference checks, request meetings, or reject any and all submittals. Firms with a diverse workforce, including women- and minority-owned firms, are encouraged to submit.
