License Requirements The contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. Question Deadline 10/01/2025 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes The City is soliciting bids for STORM DRAIN INLET CLEANING SERVICES. The services consist of removing sediment and debris from approximately 216 storm drain inlets (catch basins) equipped with trash capture devices (TCD's) in various locations throughout the City. The contractor will be asked to provide these services twice during the period between the execution of a contract and June 30, 2026. The exact scheduling of the work will be finalized after a contract is in place. The project will be awarded to the contractor with lowest total price. The City, in consultation with the Contractor, reserves the right to reduce or increase the number of catch basins to be serviced, and the same unit pricing will apply. The contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project.
