The City of Burlingame wishes to establish a contractual relationship to provide paving services on an as-needed basis. The paving services to be provided, includes but it not limited to, for asphalt concrete (AC) and Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement repair at various locations within the City right-of-way. The contract is for "as-needed services" and is not a guarantee that the City will contact you to perform such services. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts in order to meet its operational needs. Contractor shall meet the following requirements if awarded the contract: o Must have an active Class A license issued by the Contractors State License Board. o Must meet the insurance and licensing requirements outlined in the City of Burlingame Contractor Requirements. o Contractor must be able to meet the requirements in the attached sample agreement and scope of work if awarded the contract. o Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. o The City of Burlingame recognizes that prevailing wage increases may occur during the term of the contract, and consequently will allow labor rate increases of up to 5 percent per year to ensure that the labor rates reflect the current prevailing wage.
