As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid.** Proposals are requested for janitorial services at various City-owned facilities. The work consists of providing janitorial services at City buildings with a tentative start in January 2026. The term of the agreement will be for three years, with two one-year options available at the discretion of the City. Instructions to bidders include registering and downloading proposal documents from the specified web-based management system and submitting proposals through that system before the stated deadline. Late proposals will not be accepted. Start/Delivery Date The work shall consist of janitorial services at City buildings starting tentatively in January 2026. Project Duration The Term of the final Agreement is for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year options at the election of the City.
