The work consists of a retrofit of the building automation system (BAS) and replacement of EF-3, AC-3 and AC-10 units at the Corporation Yard for the City of Burlingame. The BAS manufacturer shall be consistent between the Community Center, Corporation Yard, and shall have an open architecture and allow for integration with third-party mechanical and electrical building subsystems. New control sequences shall optimize system performance, occupant satisfaction, and energy efficiency. A new trend server shall be installed at the Corporation Yard and all trends for the Community Center and Corporation Yard shall be stored on this server. Re-use of existing wiring is acceptable if it will have no negative impact on system performance or longevity. Liquidated Damages $1,000 per day for each day and every calendar days delay in finishing the work in excess of the number of days (60 working days) Project Duration All work specified in this project, shall include the base bid and alternate bids (if shown in Proposal), and shall be completed within 60 Working Days (WD) (sixty working days) from date of the Notice to Proceed.
