Professional A&E services for Design Bid Build project to renovate approximately 3,900 SF of SLED's Headquarters facility located at 4400 Broad River Road in Columbia. Renovations will prepare the space for occupancy by SLED's Cyber unit and will include architectural changes, HVAC upgrades, electrical upgrades and bathroom renovations.
