The work associated with this project consists of three parts, they are as follows: 1. Deck Renovations: This portion of the project includes the removal of select trees and the complete demolition of the existing wood deck (approximately 5,300 SF), including railings, ramps, steps, and exterior lighting, as indicated on the contract documents. Renovations include the construction of a new composite deck (approximately 6,824 SF) built over a fire-retardant treated wood frame supported by concrete piers. The new deck will incorporate steps, ramps, railings, exterior lighting, and new storefront entrances from both the display room and lobby area. . 2. Bathroom Addition: Work in this portion of the project includes construction of new multistall male and female restrooms and a storage room located adjacent to the deck along the existing corridor, as indicated on the contract documents.
