The scope of work includes the removal of existing roof-top rack refrigeration system, installation of replacement units, and restoring the system to full operational status. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to complete the work in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and project requirements. 1. Note: All packaging, excess materials, and debris associated with the project must also be removed from the site.
