Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Johnstown, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
**As of January 12th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Johnstown is requesting proposals from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide construction services for the Senior - Community Center Building Project. Bidders are directed to review the RFP document for bidding requirements, and to submit their bid documents, which define the proposal, either electronically or physically. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is recommended but not mandatory, and bidders may choose to attend an optional site visit. Additional bidding instructions are included in the RFP document.
