The project in general consists of constructing a roundabout at the intersection of WCR 54 and WCR 13. The work to be performed will include but not be limited to: clearing and grubbing, removal of structures, milling asphalt pavement, removal of gas lines, abandoning irrigation wells, unclassified excavation, placement of embankment material, installing and maintaining erosion control items, dewatering; placement of aggregate base course; placement of asphalt and concrete paving; installing stormwater drainage features, installing delineators and signage, installing striping, construction traffic control, process control testing, and other miscellaneous items. In addition to a proposedcost, proposers will be required to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting and to submit documentation demonstrating their experience and performance on similar projects, ability to meet the project schedule, and familiarity with the work area and with Weld County On-the-job training goal for this project has been established by CDOT to be 0.0%.
