Project is anticipated to re-solicited in Summer of 2026.** Reference Number 0000404367 Question Deadline 1/2/26 4:00 PM MST/MDT Work to be performed under this Contract includes construction of the 2026 Town of Johnstown CO60 & Colorado Blvd Irrigation Relocation Project construction includes but is not limited to: Erosion Control Removals Drainage Concrete Irrigation Structures Subgrade Preparation Aggregate Base Course Asphalt Patching Site Restoration, Seeding, and Mulching This project must be substantially complete on or before March 20, 2026. All bids shall specify the anticipated starting and completion dates. General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % No Bidder may withdraw a Bid for a period of 60 days after the date fixed for opening the Bids The Contract represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes prior negotiations, written or oral representations and agreements. The Contract incorporates the following Contract Documents. In resolving inconsistencies among two or more of the Contract Documents, precedence will be given in the same order as enumerated
