There is no firm timeline for when construction will start. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Johnstown is requesting proposals from Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firms to provide construction services for the Senior - Community Center Building Project. Bidders are directed to review the RFP document for bidding requirements, and to submit their bid documents, which define the proposal, either electronically or physically. Attendance at a pre-bid conference is recommended but not mandatory, and bidders may choose to attend an optional site visit. Additional bidding instructions are included in the RFP document. Question Deadline 10/17/2025 at 3:00 PM MT All questions relating to this RFP shall be directed to Matt LeCerf, Town Manager, in writing, via email at mlecerf@johnstownco.gov *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
