Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The scope of the project is generally described as engineering services for the addition of two central train aeration basins (A-14C & A-14D), two central train final clarifiers (A-35C & A-35D), a new primary power substation, and improvements to the facility's non-potable water supply, treatment, and distribution system. The project is anticipated to include design of instrumentation, aeration controls, MLR pumps, and mixing for aeration basins A-14A & A-14B to match the design of aeration basins A-14C & A14D. Question Deadline 10/29/2025 at 2:00 PM CT All questions regarding the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to the Contractor who will forward such questions to the Engineer, if needed. All questions regarding this project should be in writing and directed to estimating@hausmannconstruction.com. Hausmann-Eriksen has been awarded the contract for Construction Manager at Risk for the Theresa Street Water Resource Recovery Facility Capacity Improvements project. Cost will be a major factor in determining the awarded Contractor; however, the award may not go to the lowest cost bidder. The ONLINE is only serving as a bidding platform of this scope of work for the City of Lincoln on behalf of Hausmann-Eriksen. The City is not responsible for this solicitation. The City is not a party to the contracts that may be established from this solicitation.
