Site work for a civil project in Sandstone, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Questions should be submitted in writing to Caleb Weber at cweber@sehinc.com by noon on October 22, 2025. Pre-Bid Meeting Info: A pre-Bid conference meeting will not be held. Major components of the Work include: New wastewater chemical addition system for phosphorus removal that includes one bulk storage tank inside a containment concrete structure with roof, chemical metering pumps, a new manhole to allow chemical addition to the existing force main, new carrier piping and tubing to add chemical to a second dosing point to the existing gravity transfer pipe, and other related work. New fiberglass building and related chemical pump and piping work. Piping modifications to existing force main and gravity sewer. Modifications to site fencing. Other related earthwork and electrical work. Questions should be submitted in writing to Caleb Weber at cweber@sehinc.com by noon on October 22, 2025. Questions received after this date may not be answered. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Owner.
